About Cleveland
Cleveland Holly purchased the White Swan Bar‑B‑Q and Fried Chicken restaurant and its cabins in 1951, tore down the second floor, expanded the restaurant, and converted six of the twelve cabins into a motel section. He was the owner until his death in 1977, after which his three sisters continued the business.
