Philip Faunce is the Sous Chef at Birdie's. He grew up in Ocean City, New Jersey, attended the Academy of Culinary Arts, and moved to Austin in 2016 where he began cooking and butchering at top restaurants. After stints in Southern California, he joined Birdie's in 2022 and was promoted to Sous Chef in 2024.
