Ross Lewis is the founder of Food Town, a Houston‑area independent grocery chain. He spent over 55 years in the grocery industry, working with four different grocery chains and leading two of them. In late 1993 he gathered six business associates to launch Food Town No. 1 in Pasadena, opening the first store on April 28, 1994.
