About Charles
Charles Winston is the co‑founder of Winston’s Grille, launching the restaurant in 1986 with longtime friend Wil O’Neal. He grew up watching his parents serve guests at family‑owned restaurants and spent his early career in the hospitality trade before helping to create the Raleigh landmark that has been in operation for over 40 years.
