About Elizabeth
Mrs. Elizabeth Dey founded Wilson Boulevard Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). In June 1913, she answered a knock at her Georgetown Road home, met Mrs. George Fisher, and together they established the first weekly prayer circle that became the church’s origin.
