Curtis

Curtis Apgar is the Youth Pastor at Victory Youth, leading a Christ‑centered group of teens and adult leaders who seek the Kingdom of God. He teaches lessons from the Bible, facilitates prayer and worship, and organizes regular outings such as hikes, tubing, dinners, movies, and overnight trips. He also invites parents to attend the Community Impact Night.
