Nikki is a serial entrepreneur and co‑founder of The Spot, an Acai bowl shop in the Outer Banks. She has been a friend and business partner of Shawn and Leanne since the late 1990s and helped launch The Spot in 2015, following their earlier venture acquiring The Secret Spot Surf Shop in 2012.
