Graziano is the husband of the husband‑and‑wife team that runs The Leaning Tree Ristorante Italiano in Bailey, North Carolina. He and his wife, Mariana, moved from San Giuliano Nuovo, Italy, where they ran Trattoria Mariana for over seven years, and now bring authentic Italian cuisine to the local community.
