About Nikki
Nikki is the original owner of The Chill Spot. She purchased Grammy B's Ice Cream in Corolla in 2015 and launched a mobile ice‑cream business in 2016. She later merged her venture with Ryan's Real Fruit Ice Cream to create The Chill Spot, and in 2020 started a home‑inspection company while Ryan became the sole owner of the ice‑cream shop.
