Patrick Villafane is a co‑founder of The Bohemian in Charlotte, NC. Born in Bitburg, Germany, he grew up surrounded by beer culture and later expanded his palate through travels to Spain, Italy, Croatia, and the United States. Together with his wife Jenny, he opened The Hop Shop and later The Bohemian, a craft‑beer and wine joint in Plaza Midwood.
