About David
David Wilkerson is the founder of Teen Challenge, a faith‑based nonprofit that provides adults and teens freedom from addiction through Christ‑centered solutions. He began the organization in 1958 after responding to a murder trial in New York City, leading to the development of Teen Challenge and its expansion to over 215 U.S. locations.
