Gerardo is a co‑owner of Suprema Meat Market, serving as the knowledgeable butcher with 43 years of experience in the meat department. He grew up working in his father’s carnicería in Mexico and now brings that expertise to the Central Coast, handling the butchery section and occasionally preparing carnitas and chicharrones in the taquería.
