Katie Hughes Plumb

Katie Hughes Plumb is the Preschool Director at St. Mark Lutheran Church. She holds a Master’s degree in early childhood education from James Madison University and has taught in public schools in Central Virginia. She brings her educational background and managerial skills to her role at the church.
