About Randall
Reverend Randall Prior was appointed St. Andrew’s first full‑time vicar in October 1974. Prior had previously served as Assistant to the Rector of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Richmond, where his leadership helped the congregation experience rapid growth, a new church building, and expanded outreach to the Burke and Springfield communities.
