Agnew Hunter Bahnson (known as “Bonnie”) was the son of Dr. Henry Theodore Bahnson and a Moravian settler in Salem, NC. He served as President of the family’s Arista Mills in 1915 and, with his brother Fred, co‑founded the Bahnson Company in 1915 to manufacture the “Bahnson Humidfier,” a precursor to modern HVAC systems.
