Mark Oldham is a co‑owner of Sharons’ Half Day Cafe. He helped open the first Appalachian concept, Terra Mae, in 2013 and later purchased Dancing Bear Lodge & Appalachian Bistro in 2015. He is part of the Oldham family that founded Oldham Hospitality and now runs the cafe in Townsend, Tennessee.
