Jenna Skenteris is a co‑owner of Santorini, a Mediterranean‑inspired restaurant on Topsail Island. She was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC, completed both business and culinary school, and opened the restaurant with the support of her husband Pete, whose MBA helped bring the concept to life.
