About Dutch
Dutch Hedrick is a seasoned coffee roaster with 25 years of experience. He began his career at Raleigh's Cup‑a‑Joe in 1993, later working for Counter Culture Coffee and Joe Van Gogh. In 2018 he became an independent roaster and founded Rube's Good‑Brain Coffee in Kittrell, North Carolina, where he continues to roast specialty coffee in small batches.
