About Rosario
Rosario Akwesi is the founder of RRA Rehab, a 37‑bed treatment center in Yuba City, California, established in 2020 after her family lost their son Ramon to an opioid overdose. She is a licensed counselor who personally engages with residents, as exemplified by her conversation with an alumnus in March 2026.
