About Rachel
Rachel Ahlberg, a former University of Texas collegiate runner, is the co‑founder of RISE Modern Wellness. After a sacral fracture left her with chronic nerve pain, she found lasting relief through cryotherapy and leveraged that experience to open the first RISE location in Bend, Oregon, in the summer of 2018.
