Jessica

Jessica is the owner of Red Dessert Dive, a funky bakery and coffee shop in Houston, Texas. She founded the business after traveling the world for “sugar research” and is passionate about baking fresh, made‑from‑scratch desserts paired with coffee, craft beer, or wine. She named the shop in honor of her grandmother, a fiery red‑haired dessert maker.
