About Laura
Laura is the wife of Captain Ray Twiford and co‑owner of Ray’s Shanty on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. She helped purchase the original truck, renovated the Act III lounge into Ray’s Shanty, and has been involved in the restaurant’s operations since its opening in 1986.
