Gus Ayala is the founder and consultant of PPK on the Park. He founded and owned Paso’s Pizza Kitchen in 1991, grew the business until selling it in 2016, and now provides guidance and entrepreneurial experience to PPK on the Park, contributing to the house‑made recipes and ingredient selection.
