About Joe
Bishop Joe Forbush is a founding leader of The Pentecostals of Richmond (PORVA). He moved his family to Richmond in 1988 to establish the church and has served as its Bishop, overseeing its apostolic ministry for over 34 years. In January 2023 he transitioned the pastoral role to his son, Pastor Jason Forbush, while continuing to minister regularly.
