About Giosue
Giosue (Josh) is a co‑founder of Portofino’s Ristorante Italiano e Pizzeria. He immigrated to the United States, worked for his older brother Valentino in New Jersey, and later helped launch the flagship restaurant on Eastway Drive in Charlotte in July 1996.
