Jonathan

Jonathan is the co‑owner of Pisgah Coffee Roasters and an agronomist who acquired a 500‑acre coffee estate in Minas Gerais, Brazil. He partnered with his son Jotham to found the family‑owned roaster in 2010, sourcing beans from Brazil’s Cerrado region and operating in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina.
