Theofanis K. Kakouras is the owner of Pirate's Landing Seafood & Steakhouse in Elkin, NC. He emigrated from Greece to the United States in 1974, spent 20 years running family restaurants in Lancaster, PA, and later opened several establishments in North Carolina and Virginia before founding Pirate's Landing in 2003.
