Oye

Chef Oye is a chef at Pho Vanhly Noodle House. She hails from Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand, has two children, loves cooking for her family, and enjoys noodles. She is known in Wilmington for her traditional Thai dishes, including pho, and for her coconut and pineapple cakes.
