About Walt
Walt is a co‑founder of Owl's Roost Brewery. He began home‑brewing with Jim in 1999, became a BJCP‑certified beer judge, and helped develop the brewery’s recipes and design. He helped purchase the historic Franklin Movie Theatre in 2020 and opened the brewery on August 14, 2021.
