Dr. Carl Morrison was one of Oregon’s first child psychiatrists and served as the first Executive Director of Morrison Child & Family Services for 25 years, leading the organization in its early years. He founded Morrison Child and Family Services in 1947 and was a leading advocate for increasing access to mental health services for children and families.
