About Goswin
Goswin “Gus” Moeller founded Moeller’s Bakery in 1930 in Houston, Texas, with his brother Raymond. He learned baking in New Braunfels before opening the family‑owned bakery, which continues to use his original recipes and a pre‑World War II oven.
