About Catherine
Catherine Tubbs is the owner and chief rebel of Misfits Bakery, a Houston‑based bakery that celebrates unconventional, rebellious treats. She founded the shop to bring a chaotic, creative approach to baking, crafting pastries, cakes, and cookies with a focus on quality, sustainability, and community.
