About Irvin
Irvin Maddox, also known as Irv Maddox II, is a co‑founder of Maddox Ranch House, a family‑style steakhouse in Perry, Utah. He opened the restaurant in August 1949 and is known for his guiding principle, “The Best is None Too Good,” which he applied to both ingredients and customer service.
