Phyllis Jordan is the founder of PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans, established in 1978. She pioneered the cold‑drip iced coffee process over 40 years ago, introduced high‑quality beans and superior roasting methods, and established the specialty Arabica bean sourcing that defines the brand.
