Philip Chiang

Philip Chiang is a co‑founder of P.F. Chang’s. He began his culinary career in the early 1960s helping run his family restaurant, later opening his own establishment, Mandarette, where he developed modern adaptations of traditional Chinese dishes. His partnership with Paul Fleming led to the creation of P.F. Chang’s, a global Asian‑cuisine brand.
