Robert F. Clarke is the founder of North American Research Corporation (NARCO), the parent company of Hydro‑Balance Corporation. He developed the first foaming condenser cleaner in 1971, founded NARCO in 1969, created Coilox Concentrate, and later introduced Nar‑Coil Concentrate and Nar‑Foam, pioneering the HVACR coil‑cleaning industry.
