Richard 'Dick' Willburn is a veteran plumbing and heating entrepreneur who, after moving his family to Buena Vista, Colorado in 1984, purchased Bailey Plumbing and founded Hi Valley Pump & Supply (later renamed Hi Valley Supply), expanding the company to include well pumps, heating systems and the Infloor Heating Systems brand before retiring in 2002.
