Salvatore

Salvatore is the father of Giovanni and the original founder of Hot Bagels Plus. He opened the shop in Staten Island in 1986, later relocating to Florida where he operated two bagel shops until 1999. He later passed on his 100‑lb flour recipe to his son Giovanni, helping to revive the family’s Brooklyn bagel tradition in Emerald Isle.
