Edis Rezende is the founder of Edis Chocolates & Bakery. She left Brazil more than three decades ago, settled in Austin, Texas, and began making chocolate at a local farmers market. In 2011 she opened the shop in Northwest Hills, where she now works side‑by‑side with her daughter Livia.
