Deets is the founder of Leaf & Grain, a Houston‑based restaurant that began in 2016 and traces its roots back to 2006. He launched the first Leaf & Grain location in 2017 and has guided the company’s mission to build a 100‑year‑old, high‑quality, nutrition‑focused food brand.
