About Jerome
Jerome McPherson is a member of the Country Barbeque family. He joined his brother Tony McPherson in opening the original High Point location in 1975 and later expanded the business to include the Bar‑B‑Que Shack in Thomasville. He continues the family tradition of serving North Carolina barbecue across the company’s four locations.
