Pastor McKinney is the pastor of Cornerstone Apostolic Church’s Pikeville campus (Pikeville Apostolic Church). He was unanimously elected by the congregation on September 8, 2020, and accepted the role, leading the Pikeville church as a daughter ministry of Cornerstone Apostolic Church.
Brother McKinney is the Pastor of Cornerstone Apostolic Church in Phelps, Kentucky. He founded the church in 1997, established its media ministries, and serves as the church’s licensed minister. He holds a B.S. in Middle Grades Education from Pikeville College and an M.S. in the same field from Morehead State University, and was ordained in August 1982.
