Dr. Bishop Paul Kotei is the Founder and Acting Bishop of Commissioned World Outreach Church Ministries. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, presiding over all Board of Directors meetings and the Executive Committee, providing spiritual guidance and pastoral care, and overseeing the administration and implementation of the church’s programs.

Mr. Koffi Akouete serves as Vice President of Commissioned World Outreach Church Ministries, is a member of the Board of Trustees, and assists the President with leadership duties, stepping in when the President is absent.
