Luis is the Founder and Head Roaster of Coffee Enlightenment, a coffee company that roasts unique coffees sourced from Colombia and other regions. He began his coffee journey as a grower in Colombia, working alongside his father, and now brings that hands‑on experience to roasting, emphasizing the origin, craft, and energy behind each batch.
