Sal

Sal is the owner and operator of Ciao Pizza Mebane. He grew up in Naples, Italy, where his passion for food was sparked by his grandmother’s cooking. After immigrating to the United States in 1996, he worked in various North Carolina restaurants before opening his own restaurant in Mebane in 2007, turning his culinary passion into his American dream.
