Ryan is an experienced retail and consumer‑goods executive who leads highly regulated organizations across the US and Canada. He currently runs Sparc Advisory, a consulting firm that focuses on cultural, financial, and operational transformation for retail and consumer‑goods companies. Ryan also serves as Chair of the Childpeace Board of Trustees.
