Tracey is the mother of Kaylee, the child who inspired the founding of Caring Connections for Special Needs (CCSN). After learning about Kaylee’s special needs and the lack of local services, she worked with her sister Dawn to establish CCSN in 2007 to provide behavioral health services for children and families in Arizona.
