About Meredith
Meredith Layton is a co‑founder of Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop. A Memphis city girl, she grew up making tea biscuits and pies with her nanny, who inspired her love for baking. Her childhood memories helped shape the shop’s 4‑inch mini pies and the overall family‑run Southern recipe tradition.
