About Henry
Henry H. Braum founded the family dairy operation in 1933, leasing a converted house in Emporia, Kansas, to start a small butter‑processing plant and later adding milk processing. He is the father of Bill Braum and laid the groundwork for what would become Braum’s Ice Cream and Dairy Stores.
