About Mahlon
Mahlon Horst is a Mennonite minister who moved his family from Pennsylvania to Stanley, Virginia in the summer of 1956 to begin a Mennonite mission in Page County. He founded Big Spring Mennonite Church, whose first Sunday‑morning service was held on Easter Sunday, April 19, 1961.
